1. Website Use

2. Product Information
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, functions, accessories, packaging, user-interface examples and technical parameters are provided for general reference. Product appearance and specifications may change because of product development, component availability, customization or market-specific requirements.
Website content does not guarantee that a specific product, feature, component, accessory, color or configuration is available for every order. The final product specification must be confirmed in writing before sample approval or order placement.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Prices, cost examples and commercial information displayed on this website are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on the selected product, order quantity, customization, packaging, certification requirements, accessories, payment terms, shipping terms and current material costs.
A quotation becomes valid only when it is issued or confirmed in writing by an authorized ANHONG representative. Quotations may contain a validity period and may be revised if the project scope, quantity, cost structure or delivery requirements change.
4. Samples, MOQ and Lead Time
Sample availability, minimum order quantity and lead time vary according to product platform, customization level, material readiness, certification work, production schedule and order quantity.
Any timeline shown on the website is an estimate for planning purposes. A confirmed production schedule will be provided only after the project requirements, payment, materials and necessary approvals have been completed.
5. Certifications and Compliance
References to BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE, FCC ID, CPC, UKCA, ANATEL, GITEKI, RoHS, REACH, MSDS, UN38.3 or other documents do not mean that every product model holds every listed certification or report.
Certification availability must be confirmed by product model, hardware version, software version, target market and order requirements. Customers remain responsible for confirming whether the selected product and documentation meet the legal, labeling, import and retail requirements of the destination market.
Website content, product parameters, quotations, certification references, production capacity, sample information and lead-time estimates are provided for general reference. They do not create a binding contract, guaranteed purchase right, unconditional supply commitment or guaranteed delivery date. Binding obligations arise only from a written agreement, purchase order, quotation, specification or other document accepted by authorized representatives of the relevant parties.
6. Orders and Contracts
An enquiry, sample request or purchase order submitted through the website does not automatically create a contract. ANHONG may review product feasibility, commercial terms, compliance requirements, payment conditions, material availability and production capacity before accepting an order.
If a signed agreement, accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or product specification conflicts with these Terms, the specifically agreed commercial document will control for that transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, product images, videos, diagrams, downloads, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to ANHONG. They may not be copied, modified, republished, distributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Customer trademarks, artwork, packaging files, specifications and other materials remain subject to the ownership and usage rights agreed for the relevant project.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANHONG is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on incomplete, outdated or general website information, temporary website unavailability, third-party links, or unauthorized use of website content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product, warranty, quality, payment, delivery and after-sales responsibilities for a specific transaction are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute relating to a specific transaction should first be handled according to the dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant written contract.
10. Changes to These Terms
ANHONG may update these Terms to reflect changes in website operation, products, services, business practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms apply to your subsequent website use. Previously accepted commercial contracts remain governed by their own agreed terms.
